Sixth, the scope of bidding
1. Construction according to the construction drawings of Chemical Engineering Design Institute provided by Party A;
2. excluding the civil construction part, plus or minus zero below and above the civil construction part is not within the scope of this tender, according to the construction drawings provided by Party A to be digested and differentiated in detail
3. chemical equipment supporting pipeline: the boundary is to the ethanol production unit (A supply) within one meter of the import boundary, including the material in and out and energy in place, installation, commissioning and other work, to ensure that the equipment installation in line with national and industry standards, to meet the requirements of the production process.
4. Auxiliary pipeline: responsible for the procurement of materials for the auxiliary pipeline from Area B to the buried tank area in Area A (specifications and materials in line with design requirements), pipe prefabrication, installation, welding, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation, as well as pressure testing, flaw detection and other full set of construction content. The piping connection method should comply with the relevant technology and safety standards to ensure the sealing and stability of the piping system. 5. 
5. Boiler steam piping: covering the deepening of boiler steam piping design (completed in cooperation with the design institute), material supply, piping installation, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, steam purging and tightness testing, etc., to ensure that the steam piping can safely and stably transport steam to meet the demand for steam for boiler operation and production.
6. Electrical control part: equipment control room to the ethanol production device cable and release control, not in the scope of this tender; buried tanks to the ethanol production area / No. 2 plant to the tanks, including pre-buried construction cables and self-control part of the construction drawings according to the A-supply construction, the civil part of the bidding is not within the scope of the project.
7. three 12.5m³ buried tank device body and related material transfer pumps and pipelines according to the construction drawings (civil part is not within the scope of this tender).
8. Nitrogen sealing device body and its connection with ethanol recovery device of the party to provide (civil part is not within the scope of this tender).
9. Provision of water tower body and supporting pipelines on the roof of Plant 3, including water/electricity/pipeline installation, according to the drawing, the civil part of the buried pipelines running through Plant 3 to the Class A device area is not included in the scope of this tender, and Party A is responsible for it.
10. water supply and drainage and fire-fighting in the boundary area are not included in the scope of this tender (to be completed by Party A's civil construction contractor). 
11. lightning protection and lighting in the boundary area are not within the scope of this tender (to be completed by Party A's equipment party).
